- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage (300g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Miso Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 50ml water
