- 🥬 100g cabbage, sliced
Seaweed
- 🌿 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 🟤 2 tbsp miso paste
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water

Cut the cabbage in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm-wide pieces.

In a pot, add water and dashi powder. Heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Add the cabbage, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat for 3–4 minutes until the cabbage softens.

Turn off the heat, dissolve the miso paste into the soup, and add the dried wakame. Heat over medium heat again until just before boiling, then remove from heat.
