- 2 crab sticks

- 5g bonito flakes
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces, place in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and massage for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water. Shred crab sticks by hand.
