- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g)
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Condiments
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper

步骤
Cut the cabbage into halves vertically without removing the core. Separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand and cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Place one half of the cabbage and half of the bacon on aluminum foil. Surround it with half of the shimeji mushrooms.
Drizzle 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, sprinkle a pinch of black pepper, and place 10g butter on top. Wrap tightly in foil. Repeat to make two packets.
Add water to a frying pan, place the foil packets inside, cover with a lid, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and steam for 10 minutes.
