- 🦐 8 shrimp with heads (250g)
- 🦪 120g sashimi-grade scallops
- 🦑 100g sliced squid
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 ear of corn (300g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for seasoning)
- 2 tbsp Cajun spice mix
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
步骤
Wrap the corn in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1.5–2 minutes. Let it cool and cut into 3cm pieces.
Remove the vein from the shrimp while keeping the shell intact. Rub with cornstarch and salt, rinse with water, and pat dry.
Place shrimp, scallops, squid, and seasoning ingredients into a plastic bag. Massage well and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat. Add the marinated seafood and corn, cooking until golden and fully cooked, flipping occasionally.
