- 🥕 75g carrot, julienned
Protein
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 1 chikuwa, sliced
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- White sesame seeds, to taste
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut the carrot into julienne strips and slice the chikuwa into 5mm pieces.

Beat the egg in a bowl until fully mixed.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add carrot and chikuwa, and stir-fry until the carrot becomes tender.

Add the beaten egg and stir gently with chopsticks until the egg sets.

Add soy sauce and mix well to combine all ingredients. Serve on a plate and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
