Vegetables
- 150g shirataki noodles
- 🥕 100g carrot, sliced
- 125g pea shoots
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp salted kombu
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
