- 🌱 1/4 stalk celery

Dressing
- 2 tbsp soy milk

- 🧄 Some garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
步骤
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the strings from the celery stalk and slice it thinly at an angle. Chop the celery leaves finely.
In a bowl, mix the salmon, celery stalk, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Combine the dressing ingredients (soy milk, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Plate the marinated salmon and celery mixture, garnish with celery leaves, and drizzle the dressing over the top.
