Dumpling Wrappers
- 12 dumpling wrappers
Meat
- 100g ground pork
- 🦐 50g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 50g celery, chopped
- 10g celery leaves
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Dipping Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Remove the strings from the celery and chop it finely.
Cut the shrimp into 1cm pieces and mash into a paste.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, shrimp, celery, and seasonings until sticky.
Place 1/12 of the filling onto each dumpling wrapper, wet the edges with water, fold in half, and seal tightly.
Boil water in a pot, add dumplings, and cook for 2 minutes after they float.
Serve dumplings on a plate, garnish with celery leaves, and pair with dipping sauce.
