- 🌿 1/2 stalk celery with leaves
Seafood
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso paste

- 💧 400 ml water

Separate celery stalks and leaves. Remove the strings from the stalks and slice them thinly. Tear the leaves into smaller pieces.

Heat water and dashi powder in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, add sliced celery stalks and dried wakame. Let it simmer briefly.

Turn off the heat and dissolve miso paste into the soup. Add the celery leaves and reheat gently over medium heat until just before boiling.
