- 🥛 100cc heavy cream
- 🧈 10g salted butter

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Finely mince the mushrooms and onion.
