Main
- 4 chikuwa sticks
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 4 spring roll wrappers
- 1 sheet roasted seaweed
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salad oil as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp medium-thick sauce
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Binding
- 1/2 tbsp plain flour
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
步骤
Insert pizza cheese into the holes of the chikuwa sticks.
Place a quarter sheet of roasted seaweed on a spring roll wrapper and spread mayonnaise on the seaweed. Place the chikuwa on top.
Fold the sides of the spring roll wrapper and roll it up. Seal the end with a mixture of flour and water.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, brush lightly with salad oil, and toast for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the seasoning ingredients (ketchup, medium-thick sauce, curry powder, and butter), cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Remove the sauce from the microwave and mix thoroughly.
