- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 2 sheets seasoned seaweed
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🧀 1 handful mozzarella cheese
- A small amount of cooking oil
步骤
Place the seasoned seaweed in a plastic bag and crush it into flakes using your hands.
Mix the warm cooked rice with the seaweed flakes, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil, wipe off excess oil, and spread the rice flat to create crispy rice.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the crispy rice and cover the pan with a lid to melt the cheese.
