- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 pinch white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sake
- 2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 pinch sugar
步骤
Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise. Slice the processed cheese into 1cm thick short sticks.
Stuff each chikuwa hole with processed cheese evenly, making 8 pieces in total.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the stuffed chikuwa until browned.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar) and roll the chikuwa to coat evenly.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds over the chikuwa and mix gently.
