- 💧 4 cups water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup corn syrup

步骤
Prepare 12 pork ribs and clean them to remove any odor.
Boil water and add cooking wine to remove blood and odor from the ribs.
Slice 1/2 onion thinly and add to the ribs.
Add 4 cups of water to the pan, ensuring the ribs are submerged.
Add soy sauce, corn syrup, red pepper powder, minced garlic, sugar, and gochujang to the pan.
Simmer the ribs on high heat for approximately 40 minutes.
Add rice cakes and king oyster mushrooms to the pan.
Continue simmering until the rice cakes and mushrooms are fully cooked.
Top the dish with generous amounts of mozzarella cheese and let it melt.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
