Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 100g bamboo shoots
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Chicken Marinade
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp potato starch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
步骤
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add the marinade ingredients (sake, soy sauce, potato starch) and massage into the chicken.
Slice garlic thinly and cut bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and garlic, and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
Add bamboo shoots and stir lightly. Then add the seasoning ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, sugar) and mix well. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.
