Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 🥕 75g carrot
Seasonings
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Cut the carrot into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the grain mustard and soy sauce in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Place half of the chicken and carrot on a sheet of aluminum foil. Pour half of the sauce over and add half of the butter. Seal the foil tightly. Repeat to make two packets.
Place the foil packets in a frying pan. Add water to a depth of 1cm and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and steam over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
