Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
步骤
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the king oyster mushrooms lengthwise, then cut into 3–4 pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, grated ginger) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until both sides are browned.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
Add the prepared seasoning mixture and stir-fry until everything is well coated.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
