- 1 tbsp sake

- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 💧 50cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
