Main Ingredients
- 🍗 250g chicken breast
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
Sweet and Spicy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
步骤
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix chicken with sake, salt, and pepper, then coat with potato starch.
Cut the garlic chives into 3cm pieces after removing the root ends.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
Add the sauce ingredients to the pan and mix well. Add the garlic chives and stir-fry briefly. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
