Main Ingredients
- 🍗 300g chicken breast
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 100g kimchi
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

Cut the tomato into 8 wedges and chop the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the chicken breast into 1cm thick pieces at an angle. Place in a bowl and mix with salt, pepper, sake, and cornstarch.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned. Flip, add 1 tbsp water, cover, and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.

Remove the lid, add kimchi, and stir-fry. Add tomato, soy sauce, and sesame oil, then stir briefly.
