- 🥬 7–10 cabbage leaves
- 🍗 1.5 chicken breasts
- 🥕 1/2 handful carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1/2 handful cucumber, julienned
- 4 perilla leaves
- 3 crab sticks
- 🥚 1 egg
Chicken Preparation
- 🥛 Milk to cover chicken
- 🧅 1 handful onion
- 1 handful green onion
- 🧄 7 cloves garlic
步骤
Steam cabbage leaves for 8–10 minutes until soft.
Defrost chicken breasts and soak in milk for 10–20 minutes to remove odor.
Rinse chicken breasts under running water and boil with onion, green onion, garlic, and water for 15 minutes after boiling starts.
Shred or slice boiled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Beat the egg and cook into a thin omelet. Slice into strips.
Julienne carrot and cucumber. Tear crab sticks into strips. Keep perilla leaves whole.
Lay a steamed cabbage leaf flat, place a perilla leaf on top, followed by crab stick, egg strips, carrot, cucumber, and shredded chicken.
Roll the cabbage tightly and cut diagonally for presentation.
