Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 🍍 100g cut pineapple
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
步骤
Slice the onion into wedges and separate them. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken, garlic, salt, and pepper into a bag and massage. Add pineapple and massage again. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry onion for 1-2 minutes, then add the marinated chicken and pineapple. Cook for 3-4 minutes until chicken is done. Add ketchup, sugar, and soy sauce, stir for 1-2 minutes until flavors blend.
