- 🍗 1 piece skinless chicken breast (250g)
- 1/3 daikon radish (400g), grated
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil

- 💧 150ml water
- 50ml 2x concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
