- 3 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Enough white sesame seeds
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water

In a bowl, mix chicken with sake, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Let it marinate for 10 minutes. Add potato starch and mix well.
