Main
- 200g dried soba noodles
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (200g)
- 1 bunch seri
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 tsp salad oil
- Shichimi togarashi to taste
Broth
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 600ml water
步骤
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the seri into manageable lengths and slice the green onion into 2cm pieces.
In a frying pan, sauté the green onion over medium heat until browned, then remove.
Heat salad oil in the pan and fry the chicken until browned, then wipe off excess oil.
Add the broth ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Return the green onion to the pan and simmer briefly.
Boil water in a pot, cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
Place the cooked soba in a bowl, pour the broth and toppings over, and garnish with seri.
