Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
步骤
Marinate chicken breast with cooking wine, black pepper, and bay leaves for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Cut chicken breast, green onion, rice cakes, and red chilies into skewer-friendly sizes.
Assemble the skewers with chicken, rice cakes, green onion, and red chilies.
Heat a pan with a little oil and pan-fry the skewers until golden brown on both sides.
Pour the sauce over the skewers and simmer until the sauce is reduced and absorbed.
Cook until the sauce is fully reduced and the skewers are well-glazed.
