- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour to coat
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce

Flatten the chicken thigh to even thickness, season both sides with salt and pepper, and coat lightly with flour.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
