Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 tsp consommé powder
- 💧 50cc water

Cut the bacon into 5mm wide strips.

In a microwave-safe container, mix consommé, salt, pepper, water, and chickpeas. Add the bacon on top.

Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let it cool slightly.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
