- 2 chikuwa sticks
- 🥬 250g cabbage, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp ground sesame seeds

Slice the cabbage into 1cm strips. Place it in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain and let cool.

In a bowl, mix the gochujang, mayonnaise, and ground sesame seeds. Add the cabbage and chikuwa, then toss to combine.
