- 2 slices of ham
Dry Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg

步骤
Cut the cheese and ham into halves. Make a slit in the chikuwa. Place a piece of plastic wrap, lay the chikuwa flat on it, and layer cheese and ham on top. Roll tightly and twist the ends of the wrap to secure.
Microwave the roll at 600W for 20 seconds. Let it cool and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Prepare three trays with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Coat the roll in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat about 1cm of salad oil in a frying pan. Fry the roll on medium heat until golden brown.
