- 2 slices ham

- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the root of the chingensai slightly and slice it into 1cm widths.

Cut the ham into thirds, then slice into 1cm widths.

Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl, then add the chingensai and ham. Toss well.
