- 1 bag chingensai
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- 1 piece ginger
Seafood
- 🦑 100g boiled squid rings
Oils
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 100cc water
Thickening Agent
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water

Cut the root off the chingensai and slice into 3cm pieces. Mince the green onion and ginger.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add green onion, ginger, and squid, and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add the seasonings marked with ☆ and mix well.

Add the chingensai and stir-fry briefly. Once boiling, cover and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes. Add the cornstarch slurry to thicken.
