- 150g chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of sesame seeds

Mix red pepper flakes, sugar, minced garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl to create the seasoning.

Wash the chives thoroughly, pat dry, and cut them into 4–5 cm pieces. Place them in a mixing bowl.

Thinly slice the onion and add it to the bowl with the chives.
