Chive Tuna Pancakes
- 1 handful chives
- 1 cup pancake flour
- 🐟 2 small cans tuna
- 🥚 2 eggs
Enoki Mushroom Pancakes
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
步骤
Drain the oil from the tuna cans. Chop the chives finely.
In a bowl, mix pancake flour, eggs, tuna, and chopped chives. Stir well to combine.
Heat a pan over low heat. Scoop a spoonful of the batter and fry gently until golden on both sides.
For the enoki mushroom pancakes, chop the mushrooms finely. Mix with an egg, salt, and sesame seeds.
Scoop a spoonful of the enoki mixture and fry in the same way as the chive tuna pancakes.
