    • 1 tbsp fish sauce

    • 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp sliced chili

Remove the strings from the celery and slice diagonally into 5mm pieces. Slice the red bell pepper thinly and diagonally. Cut cilantro into 3cm pieces. Slice the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil and grated garlic in a frying pan. Add clams and stir-fry briefly. Add sake, cover with a lid, and steam over medium heat for about 2 minutes until the clams open.

Add fried tofu, celery, red bell pepper, and the seasoning mixture (fish sauce, sugar, lemon juice, chili). Stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Serve on a plate and garnish with cilantro.
