- 🐟 2 fillets cod
- 1/8 head napa cabbage
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 🧂 Pinch of salt for seasoning
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
步骤
Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels, cut into thirds, and season both sides with a pinch of salt. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Cut the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the cod, and cook until both sides are browned. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, layer the napa cabbage, cod, and cherry tomatoes. Add the seasoning mixture (sake, soy sauce, salt, pepper), cover with a lid, and steam for 6–7 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
