食材
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐖 200g pork belly shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
步骤
Cut off the eggplant stems, slice them lengthwise, then cut into sticks and halve them horizontally.
Soak the eggplant in water and drain well.
Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Place eggplant and pork slices in a large microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Loosen the pork slices, cover again, and microwave at 600W for another 2 minutes until fully cooked.
Add cherry tomatoes and the sauce ingredients (☆), then mix well.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator. Serve over rice, garnish with shiso leaves and green onion, and drizzle leftover sauce on top.
