- 8 crab sticks
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Dipping Sauce

Trim the ends of the cucumber, slice diagonally into thin pieces, and julienne. Cut the roots off the kaiware sprouts.

Dip the rice paper briefly in water. Place 2 crab sticks, 1/4 of the julienned cucumber, and 1/4 of the kaiware sprouts on the rice paper. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom. Repeat to make 4 rolls. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
