Main Ingredients
- 30g vermicelli
- 3 crab sticks
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g), julienned
- 🥕 30g carrot, julienned
Dressing
- 1/2 tsp ground sesame
- 2 tsp concentrated soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Julienne the cucumber and carrot. Cut the vermicelli in half using kitchen scissors.

Shred the crab sticks by hand.

Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli and carrot, and cook for about 3 minutes. Drain well.

Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add the boiled vermicelli, carrot, shredded crab sticks, and cucumber. Toss well.
