- 4 crispy plums, chopped
- 40g dried jako
- 4 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
