- 30g dried seaweed
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 130g radish
Protein
- 4 sticks imitation crab
Seasonings
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 6 tbsp plum extract
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- a small amount of mustard
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
步骤
Soak the dried seaweed in water for 30 minutes, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the cucumber into finger-length pieces and peel the skin thinly.
Julienne the cucumber and radish into thin strips.
Cut the imitation crab sticks in half and shred them finely.
Prepare the dressing by mixing vinegar, plum extract, sugar, salt, mustard, and minced garlic.
Combine the seaweed, radish, and cucumber in a bowl and pour the dressing over them. Mix well.
Add the shredded imitation crab and mix everything evenly.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving for a refreshing taste.
