- 🧀 40g pizza cheese

- Enough salad oil for frying

- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger

In a bowl, mix ground pork, minced onion, pizza cheese, and all seasoning ingredients until sticky (meat mixture).

Place an equal portion of the meat mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Apply water to the edges and fold in half.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C, ensuring it covers about 2cm depth. Fry the dumplings for about 2 minutes, flipping until golden brown.
