- 3 pieces satsuma-age
- 180g daikon, sliced
- 🥕 37g carrot, sliced
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Slice satsuma-age into 2–3mm widths.

Cut daikon into 1cm wide strips, then slice into 2–3mm widths. Repeat for carrot.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add daikon and carrot, stir until coated with oil.

Add satsuma-age and stir briefly. Add sake and curry powder, mix until well combined.

Add seasoning ingredients (mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and stir until liquid evaporates.
