- 150g daikon, peeled and cut into sticks
- 10g daikon leaves, roughly chopped
Meat
- 4 slices bacon, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper

- 1 tbsp salad oil
