- 🐟 200g swordfish fillets
Coating
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
