- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp tempura flakes
- 1 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu (3x)
- 2g dried green seaweed

In a bowl, combine tempura flakes and mentsuyu to let the flavors soak in.

Add cooked rice and aonori to the bowl and mix by cutting through the rice. Divide the mixture into 4 portions.

Place one portion of rice mixture on a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap and shape into a rice ball. Repeat for the remaining portions to make 4 rice balls.
