Bibim Noodles Ingredients
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 bunch perilla leaves, sliced
- Pickled radish, quartered as needed
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs, halved
- 🍜 2 servings of noodles
- 2 packets of bibim sauce
- 1 packet of dongchimi broth
- 🌰 Sesame seeds, as needed
步骤
Julienne 1 cucumber and slice 1 bunch of perilla leaves.
Quarter the pickled radish as needed and halve 2 boiled eggs.
Boil 2 servings of noodles for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, then rinse in cold water.
Drain the noodles and place them in a serving bowl.
Top the noodles with julienned cucumber, sliced perilla leaves, and quartered pickled radish.
Add the halved boiled eggs on top.
Drizzle 2 packets of bibim sauce over the noodles.
Pour the icy dongchimi broth generously over the dish.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top to finish.
