- 🍜 1 bundle (100g) soba noodles
Seafood
- 🍤 70g peeled shrimp
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp tempura flakes
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 50cc concentrated noodle sauce
- 💧 350cc water

Place shrimp and sake in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes.

Boil water in a pot and cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain well.

In a pot, bring noodle sauce and water to a boil.

Serve the noodles in a bowl, pour the hot broth over them, and top with shrimp, tempura flakes, and chopped green onion.
