- 🍚 300g cooked white rice
Seafood
- 1 piece cod roe

- 🌱 80g frozen edamame

- 1 tbsp mirin

In a bowl, mix warm rice, grated cheese, soy sauce, and salt and pepper. Add the edamame and cod roe, then gently mix.
